- To maintain the integrity of the gemstones, please put on your jewelry only after applying cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray, or other potentially corrosive products; these substances can damage both stones and metal over time. After each wear, gently clean your bracelet with a soft, dry cloth or a slightly damp cotton cloth—avoid abrasive or chemical cleaners on both gemstones and metal. Always wipe in straight lines rather than using circular motions to prevent micro-scratches and preserve surface polish.
- To preserve the brilliance of your gemstones, store your bracelets separately in the pouch or jewelry box provided; This prevents friction and potential damage from other pieces. When will I receive my bracelet?
Non-custom products will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order.
Custom products will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your order.
We use the United States Postal Service and FedEx to deliver orders. If the carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information, and you will receive an email with the tracking code. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@hythegems.com and we will assist you in tracking your order and updating its status.

I want the bracelet to be looser, what should I do?
You can choose a bracelet size similar to your wrist size. Our bracelets are generally ±0.25 inches different from the marked size. If you have other size requirements, you can add your notes on the order submission page or send an email to Support@hythegems.com
