You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your bracelet and request a refund. Before submitting a return request, please ensure your item meets the following conditions:

  • Promotional Items

Items purchased during promotional events are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Gift Cards

Products purchased using a gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customized Products

Personalized items, including those engraved according to your specifications, are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Other Returnable Products

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and free of any signs of wear or damage. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
